Rukshad Davar (pictured) from Bharucha joins Majmudar & Co. International Lawyers as a partner to handle corporate / M & A, tax and real estate.

Speaking to Bar & Bench, Partner Rukshad said, “I have recently joined Majmudar & Co. as a Partner and will primarily be handling corporate, M & A, tax and real estate matters. The reason I joined Majmudar is because it’s a growing law firm with significant amount of corporate work and to leverage the strength of the firm with my clients, will hopefully build up the corporate practice”.

Rukshad carries with him more than 10 years of experience and is a qualified Solicitor from India and the United Kingdom. He is also a qualified Chartered Accountant from India. Previously Rukshad was associated with Amarchand & Mangaldas, P & A Law Offices and in a partners capacity at Bharucha & Partners.

This brings the total number of partners in Majmudar to 8.
