Amrit Mehta has 11 years of experience in corporate/M&A, insurance and real estate financing, and has advised on domestic and cross-border acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity investments, foreign direct investments and insurance matters.

Mehta is a 2008 graduate of National Law University, Jodhpur, and has completed a secondment at the leading Japanese law firm of Mori Hamada & Matsumoto, Tokyo.

He joined Majmudar in 2011 after spending almost 3 years at Amarchand Mangaldas.
