The Nani Palkhivala Arbitration Centre (NPAC) has entered into a strategic partnership with JustAct, an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, to launch “NPAC — powered by JustAct.”

JustAct, founded in 2019, provides a technology platform built for dispute resolution, including AI-enabled transcription, electronic evidence management, video conferencing with AES-256 encryption, e-bundling of documents, case discovery tools, and workflow systems that can be audited. The system is built to support digital, hybrid, and in-person proceedings with compliance-grade security protocols, including two-factor authentication and data privacy safeguards.

With this partnership, JustAct will operate as NPAC’s ADR & ODR Operations and Services Partner, driving the administration and operational aspects of arbitration and mediation proceedings. This includes management of hearings (hybrid, physical & online), Case Document Management, transcription services, while supporting NPAC’s global outreach.

The partnership paves the way toward technology-enabled arbitration and ODR mechanisms, with the sole purpose of reducing pendency in courts and empowering the institutional arbitration landscape in India.

Together with NPAC’s institutional excellence and JustAct’s digital competence, the collaboration is set to enhance procedural efficiency and accessibility to justice, while positioning India as a competitive hub for both domestic and international dispute resolution.
