Rohit Mammen Alex passed away earlier today due to a massive cardiac arrest after contracting COVID-19.

Alex is survived by his two children and wife Raina Susan Mani.

He had previously survived a dreaded cancer called Acute Myeloid Leukaemia.

Alex is a 1999 graduate of the National Law School of India University (NLSIU), Bangalore. He worked in the chambers of Senior Advocate PH Parekh for more than seven years before setting up his independent practice in 2006. He was practicing at the Supreme Court of India.
