NLSIU grad Sharath Chandrasekhar joins HSA Advocates as Partner

HSA Advocates has hired Sharath Chandrasekhar as a Partner in the firm’s newly opened office in Bengaluru. He will be joining Megha Arora, who is handling the firm’s Bangalore office.

Prior to joining HSA, Sharath was one of the founding partners at Citius Law Advocates. He has previosuly worked at J. Sagar Associates and Axis Bank, with a focus on  banking & finance, real estate, private equity & venture capital transactions.

A graduate of National Law School of India University, Bangalore, Sharath also holds an as LL.M. from Duke University School of Law. With this appointment, HSA has a total of 23 Partners and Associate Partners across offices.

HSA has recently hired Aninda Pal from Juris Corp in Mumbai, and also changed the firm’s  management structure. Khaitan’s Amitabh Sharma has taken over as Managing Partner of HSA from Hemant Sahai.
