Ashish Suman has recently joined the Gurgaon office of J. Sagar Associates as a Retained Partner in the firm’s Projects M&A team.

Confirming the news, JSA joint Managing Partner Shivpriya Nanda said,

“Ashish comes with extensive experience in Projects M&A space and we are delighted to have him on board and look forward to a long and mutually beneficial association”.

A graduate of National Law School of India University, Bangalore, Ashish started his career as a litigator with Senior Advocate AS Chandhiok and later went on to do his LL.M. in Commercial Laws from University of Birmingham. He is qualified to practice both in India and in the UK.

He joined MV Kini & Co in 2007 and was made Partner in 2012. In 2016, he moved to APSR & Associates, where he worked for about six months before joining JSA this month.
