Nani Palkhivala Arbitration Centre 11th International Arbitration Conclave

The Nani Palkhivala Arbitration Centre (NPAC) is conducting the 11th Annual International Arbitration Conclave at Hotel Shangri-La, No.19, Ashoka Road, New Delhi on February 16, 2019. 

The  inaugural address will be delivered by Lord Peter Goldsmith QC, former Attorney-General of UK and a renowned arbitration practitioner.  The theme of the conference is: Arbitration Regime in India.  Evolving opportunities and Daunting challenges”.

The one-day conclave has two technical sessions on International Commercial Arbitration and two on Domestic Commercial Arbitration. There are total 15 speakers, including those from the UK, US and Singapore.

A special feature is a technical session where counsel below the age of 40 years will be presenting papers on current controversial issues on arbitration. The detailed programme brochure and the registration form is given in the links below:-

The Nani Palkhivala Arbitration Centre (NPAC) has now set up an Arbitration Centre at Gopaldas Bhawan in New Delhi.   It consists of four Arbitration Halls  with State-of-the-art facilities.
