NPAC to hold conference on Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code: A Retrospective and Roadmap for the Future

The Nani Palkhivala Arbitration Centre (NPAC), in its endeavour to facilitate a robust interaction amongst professionals and academicians in the rapidly evolving commercial legislation, that is, the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, (IBC), is holding a one-day conference on the theme, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016: A Retrospective and Roadmap for the Future on June 7, 2025 (Saturday) at Chennai.
