AZB & Partners has announced the joining of Ashwath Rau as a Senior Partner based out of the firm’s Mumbai office. Rau will be a part of the firm’s general corporate practice.

Ashwath Rau has joined the firm along with two of his partners Anu Tiwari and Dhruv Singhal and a team of about 20 lawyers.
Another Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas Partner, Nisha Kaur Uberoi, is waiting for her exit to join AZB & Partners.
