P&A Law Offices Offices adds two Partners – Nabik Syam and Akshat Hansaria

P&A Law Offices has hired Nabik Syam as a Partner in Mumbai and promoted Akshat Hansaria in Delhi.

Nabik Syam has joined P&A as Partner in the Banking, Finance and Insolvency team. He has over 20 years of experience as a legal professional, both as an in-house and external legal counsel in the corporate/legal service industry, with significant international exposure.

He was earlier working at ICICI Bank, where he was handling M&A, corporate lending transactions, and litigation. He has previously worked at Paras Kuhad and Associates and Chambers of Ashwani Kumar.

Akshat Hansaria has been made a Partner in the Disputes Resolution team. He is a graduate of Amity Law School and completed his LL.M. from London School of Economics in 2008. Akshat joined P&A in 2013, and has been handling litigation and arbitration matters for the firm.
