Capital First Retail Legal Head Parimal Prasad has joined L&T Financial Services as Legal Head – Retail Litigation.

Parimal Prasad has over 18 years of experience as a law firm lawyer and in-house counsel. His areas of specialization include Litigation Management, International Contract Negotiation, Regulatory Affairs, Business Advisory, Compliance & Secretarial Support.

He is a 2000 graduate of Delhi University. He has previously worked at Corporate Law Group, Unilever, and ICICI Bank before joining Western Union as Assistant Counsel in 2011.

In 2016, he left Western Union to join Capital First, where he was a Legal Head.
