Clasis Law has promoted two of its Associate Partners – Rahul Beruar and Vikram Bhargava to partnership.

Beruar joined the firm in 2015 from Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan. He is heading the IP practice at Clasis.

Bhargava specializes in corporate and regulatory laws with emphasis on mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, fund investments and private equity transactions.

The firm has also promoted three of its Senior Associates to Associate Partner level
