Rajani Associates has promoted four Principal Associates to Associate Partner level with effect from April 1, 2017.
Amish and Amit have been with the firm since 2007. Amish is part of the firm’s Project Finance Team while Amit focuses on Real Estate and Commercial transactions, Trust and Litigation matters relating to Real Estate.
Ankur has been working with the firm since 2010 as part of the firm’s Corporate Team. He started his career with Little & Co. He mainly focuses on acquisition transactions (both domestic and cross border). Ankur also handles private equity and joint venture transactions along with general corporate and commercial documentation.
Mayur joined the firm in 2012. He is currently part of the Corporate Litigation and Arbitration Team.
