JSA lawyer Puja Priyadarshini has re-joined HSA Advocates as Associate Partner as part of the Disputes, Regulatory and Policy Practice.

Puja was with HSA till March 2017, and rejoins HSA after a brief stint at J. Sagar Associates.

Puja has broad-based experience in disputes, with a focus on regulatory litigation and advisory. She has significant experience in handling regulatory disputes in the Energy sector. She regularly appears before diverse Electricity Regulatory Commissions, APTEL, High Courts and the Supreme Court.

Recently, Kanika Chugh too re-joined HSA as Associate Partner in its Disputes, Regulatory and Policy Practice.
