Rishabh Mastaram of DSK Legal has joined Naik Naik & Co as an Associate Partner.

He rejoins the firm after his initial one-year stint in 2011. He had left Naik Naik for DSK Legal, where he had spent close to five years. Prior to that, he had also worked for Desai & Diwanji and FoxMandal.

Rishabh will be working in the Corporate team of the firm, led by Abhishek Kale. The firm now has five Equity Partners and three Associate Partners.

Commenting on the move, Founding and Managing Partner Ameet Naik said,

“Having worked with us in the past, it is like home-coming for Rishabh. I am confident that Rishabh will be adding value to the strategic decisions that the firm provides to its clients.”

In June this year, the firm had hired ex Khaitan Legal co-founding partner Radhika Iyer as an Associate Partner.

The firm also saw the exit of its Partner Bharat Sharma, who had left to join HSA Advocates.
