Ropes and Gray promotes Nikhil Bodade to partnership

Nikhil Bodade is one of the eleven lawyers promoted to partnership at international firm Ropes and Gray LLP.

A graduate of Government Law College, Mumbai, Bodade started his career at WS Kane & Co in Mumbai. He went on to get an LL.M. from Columbia Law School, after which he joined Ropes and Gray in 2007.

He has been working in the firm’s New York office since, as an Attorney. He will be promoted to Partner with effect from November 1.

Bodade advises private equity and strategic buyers and sellers in a wide range of U.S. and cross-border transactions and general corporate matters.
