Samvad promotes Aparna Ravi and Khyati Sanghvi to partnership

Samvad Partners has promoted Aparna Ravi and Khyati Sanghvi to partnership taking the total number of partners in the Firm to 14.

Aparna is based out of Bengaluru office while Khyati is based out of Mumbai office.

The Firm’s senior partner Vineetha MG welcomed both of them and said,

“We are absolutely proud and excited to welcome Aparna and Khyati to the partnership. Both of them have been an integral part of the Firm’s practice and we would like to take this opportunity to congratulate and wish them all the very best.”

Aparna has been with the firm since 2016 and works primarily on banking and finance, insolvency law, private equity, venture capital and general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Samvad, Aparna worked at the New York and London offices of Weil Gotshal & Manges and as in-house counsel in the investment banking department at Credit Suisse in London. Aparna holds a J.D. from the New York University School of Law (2003) and is qualified to practice law in India and New York.

Khyati, after her initial stint in 2013; rejoined the Firm in 2017 and works primarily advising on projects, banking and finance and regulatory matters.

Khyati has previously worked at AZB & Partners, BTG Legal and India Law Services. Khyati is a 2010 graduate of Government Law College, Mumbai.
