Seth Dua & Associates Partner Vasanth Rajasekaran has joined Phoenix Legal as a Partner. He has joined the firm along with two of his team members – Sukrit Seth and Saurabh Babulkar.

Vasanth primarily focusses on international arbitration and also has a keen interest in defence procurement and urban infrastructure.

Vasanth joined Seth Dua in 2009 and has worked very closely with Late Mr. Seth Dua for many years. He has also worked at Kachwaha & Partners.

On his decision to move to Phoenix, Vasanth said,

My experience of handling international commercial arbitration and litigation combined with my specialised expertise in aerospace, defence, infrastructure projects, Government procurement and defence procurement will augment Phoenix Legal’s core strengths and complement its other practices.” 

Earlier this year, Shadaan Mohammed Saipillai had joined Phoenix Legal as a Partner in its Chennai office, expanding the firm’s presence in South India.

Phoenix Legal now has 16 partners in its three offices.
