Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas Principal Associate Anuj Trivedi has joined Link Legal as a Partner in the firm’s corporate practice.

A National Law Institute University, Bhopal (NLIU) 2005 batch, Anuj has substantial expertise in the corporate commercial law advisory particularly on Mergers & Acquisitions, Joint Ventures, Private Equity transactions, foreign investments and corporate restructuring across a variety of sectors.

Anuj has previously also worked at Dua Associates and Tatva Legal.
