Shardul Amarchand lures ELP Associate Partner, Yogesh Chande to Mumbai office

The hiring spree at Shardul Amarchand’s Mumbai office is showing little sign

of abating. And the latest to join is Economic Laws Practice Associate Partner Yogesh Chande, who has joined as a Partner.

Confirming Yogesh’s joining, Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas Managing Partner Pallavi Shroff said,

“We are very happy that Yogesh has joined us. He brings with him a wealth of knowledge and expertise on various regulatory issues particularly SEBI related.”

Yogesh had joined ELP in 2012 when he merged his firm Prism Partners with ELP. Before starting Prism, Yogesh was working with Platinum Partners.

He is a securities lawyer with over 14 years of experience in Indian capital markets.

In October 2011, Naik Naik & Co had entered into an exclusive strategic alliance with Yogesh Chande and P.R. Ramesh of Prism Partners to strengthen firm’s financial markets and securities regulatory capability.

Prior to Platinum, Yogesh has worked at Centrum Capital, ICICI Securities, NSE and UTI Bank.
