Kunal Mehra, Principal Associate at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas and part of Shardul Shroff’s team, has recently resigned and will be joining Dua Associates as a Partner.

He will be part of Neeraj Kumar’s team at Dua. Kunal has over 10 years of experience focusing on M&A, PE and General Corporate practice.

A graduate of ILS Law College, Pune, Kunal started his career at Dua Associates in Pune in 2004. Six months later he moved to AZB & Partners, where he worked for 7 years, first in Mumbai and then in Delhi.

In 2011, he left AZB to pursue his LLM in International Business Laws from Queen Mary, University of London, after which he returned to join Amarchand Mangaldas in Delhi.

Recently, Dua Equity Partner Shiraz Patodia has also resigned from the firm to join Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas.
