Shardul Amarchand partners Saurav Kumar and Gaurav Singhi leave firm

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas Partners Saurav Kumar and Gaurav Singhi have left the firm.

Saurav Kumar was based in the firm’s Gurgaon office. A graduate of ILS, Pune, Saurav was made Partner in 2013. He was part of the firm’s Corporate team.

Confirming his exit, Managing Partner Pallavi Shroff, said,

“We wish him all the best in life.”

Gaurav Singhi had moved to Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas from J. Sagar Associates in 2015, along with Akshay Chudasama and his team.

Confirming his exit too, Mumbai Managing Partner Akshay Chudasama said,

“We wish him all the best.”

Gaurav specializes in M&A, Private Equity and General Corporate practice. He initially joined Trilegal after graduating from NUJS, Kolkata in 2006. Thereafter, he joined Phoenix Legal, where he worked for almost two and a half years, before moving to Wadia Ghandy. In 2015, he left Wadia Ghandy to join JSA.
