Former Shardul Amarchand Partner Saurav Kumar joins IndusLaw

Former Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas Partner Saurav Kumar has joined IndusLaw as a Partner in its Delhi office.

Kumar, who was based in Shardul Amarchand’s Gurgaon office, had recently left the firm. A graduate of ILS, Pune, Saurav was made Partner in 2013. He was part of the firm’s Corporate team.

He specializes in mergers and acquisition, private equity investment, joint ventures and corporate governance.
