Shardul Amarchand’s Nitin Masilamani leaves to set up IP Boutique in Noida

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas IP Partner Nitin Masilamani has left the firm to set up his own IP boutique practice.

Confirming his exit, Shardul Amarchand Managing Partner Pallavi Shroff said,

“We wish him all the best.”

Masilamani was not available for comment at the time of publishing this story.

A graduate of National Law School of India University, Bangalore, Masilamani was made Partner in 2012 and focused on strategic IP Management for Start-Ups. He also holds an LL.M. from George Washington University.

The firm saw two other partner exits this year. Earlier this year, Tax Head Krishan Malhotra had left the firm to join Dhruva Advisors LLP as Senior Partner. Recently, TMT Partner Asim Abbas moved to Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas.
