Shikha Rajput has taken over as Lead – Legal at JSW Greentech Limited.

Rajput, a graduate of Government Law College, Mumbai, brings over a decade of experience in corporate law, commercial transactions, real estate and manufacturing sector legal advisory. She was most recently Senior Manager – Legal at The Phoenix Mills, where she handled transaction structuring, due diligence and contract drafting for large-scale retail and leasing projects.

Prior to that, Rajput spent nearly five years at Asian Paints as Assistant Manager – Legal, managing nationwide consumer disputes, ensuring compliance across operations and leading negotiations for a wide range of commercial contracts.
