Solomon & Co hires Suzlon Energy’s Jacqueline Aikin as Partner in Pune Office

After establishing the Pune office in December 2017, Solomon & Co. has further strengthened its Corporate practice in Pune with the addition of Jacqueline Aikin, former Senior Legal Counsel at Suzlon Energy, as an Associate Partner in the Firm.

Outlining his vision behind augmenting the Corporate Practice, Aaron Solomon, Managing Partner shared,

She also has successfully advised and managed several cross-border commercial transactions and disputes Her sheer industry expertise and the kind of experience she brings to the table, complements our practice, our key sectors and the clients that we cater to. Her presence will give the required impetus to our Pune Office and contributes to our Firms practice in Renewable Energy.”

Besides, corporate transactional and advisory services, the firm’s Pune office also focuses on litigation & dispute resolution, real estate, and intellectual property as its core areas of practice.

With Jacqueline’s hiring, the firm now has over 60  lawyers including  4 Partners, 7 Associate Partners who work out of two offices in Mumbai and an office in Pune.
