S&R Associates has announced the promotion of Jeremy Lynn Chagas Pereira and Vivek Kumar as counsel, effective June 1.

Lynn Pereira is based at the firm’s Delhi office and his practice involves corporate and commercial litigation and domestic and international arbitration. He graduated from GLC Mumbai in 1996. He worked with the chambers of Iqbal Chagla from 1998 to 2010 and joined S&R in 2013.

Vivek Kumar graduated from NALSAR, Hyderabad in 2005 and is based at S&R’s Mumbai office. His practice area covers mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, foreign investment and private equity transactions. Before joining S&R in 2011, Vivek worked at AZB & Partners in Mumbai from 2007. Prior to that, he worked at Wipro Technologies for two years.
