Supreme Court will hear 25 miscellaneous matters on Tuesdays

Twenty-five miscellaneous matters will be listed for hearing on Tuesdays in Supreme Court.

According to a notice issued by the Supreme Court on November 3, this will be with effect from November 7.

Cases which are not taken up on Tuesdays will be taken up on Tuesday the following week. Further, if any Tuesday is a holiday or a miscellaneous day on account of holiday on Monday, then the matters will be repeated on Tuesday in the subsequent week.
