Talwar Thakore & Associates has promoted Managing Associates – Neville Golwalla and Priyanka Kumar – to Counsel.
Neville Golwalla is a 2007 graduate of Government Law College, Mumbai, 2007. He is part of the firm’s corporate practice. He has extensive experience advising clients on a wide array of transactions including acquisitions and divestitures (both public and private), mergers, demergers, joint ventures, private equity investments and project financings.
He has previously worked at Maneksha & Sethna and Hariani & Co before joining the firm.
Priyanka Kumar is 2008 graduate of NLU Jodhpur. She is part of the firm’s capital markets team. She has extensive experience on a wide range of transactions including foreign currency bond issuances, issuance of masala bonds, and other forms of external commercial borrowings, domestic debt issuances and other financing transactions
She has previously worked at ICICI Bank and Trilegal before joining TT&A.
The firm has also promoted three Associates to Managing Associate level
The firm had recently promoted Ram Kumar to partnership in its Delhi Office.
