Bengaluru ADR Week to take place from August 24 - 26 2024 [Register Now!]

Former Judges of the Supreme Court of India and sitting judges of the High Court of Karnataka will be chairing and participating in panel discussions

The Bengaluru ADR Week slated to take place between August 24–26, 2024, will be an event that brings together the Bench, the Bar and the academic community to collaboratively advance and strengthen alternative dispute resolution (ADR) in Karnataka.

This event offers a platform for exploring the importance and relevance of ADR in today’s context through engaging discussions and collaborative learning. The event is a collaborative effort of the Arbitration & Conciliation Centre, Bengaluru (Domestic and International), the Karnataka Judicial Academy, the Advocates’ Association Bengaluru and the Bengaluru ADR Week Committee.

The goal of the event is to stimulate insightful discourse on contemporary and nuanced issues in ADR with specific focus to the ADR landscape in India and the State of Karnataka.

Participants, can look forward to dynamic panel discussions and debates with distinguished dignitaries from the Bar and Bench, including judges of the Supreme Court of India and the High Court of Karnataka.
