Delhi-based law firm TMT Law Practice has further expanded its presence in Eastern India by opening an office in Bhubaneswar. The firm recently opened offices at Kolkata and Bangalore.

Located at Bayababa Matha Lane, the new office will be headed by Abhishek Malhotra and Kaushik Moitra and will have 2 other Associates. The office, which will start operations on October 1, shall focus mainly on IPR, TMT and Litigation work, with more people slated to join the team this year.

In a press release, Managing Partner Abhishek Malhotra commented,

“With Odisha continuing to attract investment and industry, there are likely to be issues related to these spheres of activity. Protection of Intellectual Property, Negotiation and Dispute Resolution are services that are already in demand and local presence was thought necessary to address the emerging need.”

Last year, TMT merged with APR Associates to establish their presence in Chennai.
