Trilegal Counsel Amit Vyas heads to ELP; Joins as Associate Partner in Mumbai Litigation Team

Former Trilegal Counsel Amit Vyas has joined Economic Laws Practice as an Associate Partner in the Litigation Team at Mumbai.  Amit has over eleven years of experience and his areas of experience include corporate litigation and arbitration assignments on varied subjects.

After graduating from JNV University, Jodhpur in 2002, he worked in the office of Advocate General in Jodhpur for a year before moving to Mumbai to join DH Law. In 2004, he joined Rajani & Associates where he worked for almost 8 years before moving to Trilegal. He worked at Trilegal for a short span of six months.

Vinayak Burman, Principal Associate at Amarchand Mangaldas is also joining ELP as Associate Partner in the Corporate team while ELP Partner Yashojit Mitra has resigned to join the Mumbai office of Amarchand Mangaldas.

ELP has also recently hired 9 lawyers from different law firms to replace the team of 11 lawyers who had left for PDS Legal in April this year. The new lawyers are from various firms including Amarchand Mangaldas, L&S, Fox Mandal & Co, and AZB & Partners.
