Trilegal Counsel Aninda Pal joins Juris Corp as Partner

Juris Corp has hired Trilegal Counsel Aninda Pal as Partner in its Mumbai office. Pal will be focusing on the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions & Private Equity practice.

Pal, who is a 2005 graduate from Symbiosis Law School, started his career at Gagrats, after which he joined Trilegal in 2007. His primary areas of practice include mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructuring, private equity, venture capital and general corporate.
