Trilegal lawyer Pooranimaa Hariharan joins Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas as Partner

Pooranimaa Hariharan has joined Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas as a Partner in Corporate practice at the firm's Bengaluru office.

Hariharan is a 2012 graduate of Symbiosis Law School.

She has over 12 years of experience in private equity, mergers and acquisitions, entity formation and governance, and business structuring/ restructuring across sectors. In addition to transactional work, she routinely advises clients on the general corporate compliance requirements under various Indian laws.

Before joining Trilegal, she has also worked at JSA, erstwhile Amarchand Mangaldas and Juris Corp.

On her joining, Cyril Shroff, Managing Partner, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas said,
