Trilegal has promoted Swarnima to partnership taking the total number of partners at the firm to 44.

Swarnima is a Counsel in the Bangalore office of Trilegal and is part of the employment practice. She has worked with both domestic and multinational clients on a wide range of employment matters.

Prior to joining Trilegal, Swarnima worked as an in-house lawyer with Infosys Limited where she advised extensively on various cross-border labour issues.
