Link Legal India Law Services has elected two Partners – Milanka Chaudhury and Ravi Varma – to its Management Committee.

The Committee, which is responsible for governance and effective management of the firm, now comprises a total of 6 partners; the four existing ones are Atul Sharma, AG Karkhanis, Anand Srivastava and NR Jayanarayanan.

Managing Partner Atul Sharma commented on the development,

“From a modest start in 1999, the Firm has grown over the last 17 years and we are now taking a series of measure to institutionalise and broad base our management structure. I am glad to welcome the elected Partners, Milanka and Ravi, to our Management Committee and I am sure they will contribute to taking the Firm forward on this journey.”

AG Karkhanis, the Co-Managing Partner and Head of Mumbai office said,

“Having successfully integrated Link Legal and ILS into a full service Firm with national presence, I am glad to see the progress in the Firm towards institutionalization. I welcome Ravi and Milanka to the Management Committee”. 

The firm now has 19 Partners with around 93 Associates across its five offices in Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad and Chennai.

The Firm has also recently hired a CEO Jayanarayanan NR from Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas.
