Vaish Associates’ Vinay Vaish, Bomi Daruwala to succeed Ajay Vohra as Joint Managing Partners

Vaish Associates has appointed Partners Vinay Vaish and Bomi Daruwala as joint Managing Partners. These appointments come after the firm’s Managing Partner Ajay Vohra was designated a Senior Advocate by the Delhi High Court in August this year.

Speaking to Bar & Bench, Daruwala confirmed the news and said that,

“It is a good development that Ajay Vohra has been designated a Senior Advocate. We wish him good luck.”

Vinay Vaish heads the firm’s Corporate, Litigation and Advisory Practice at New Delhi while Bomi Daruwala heads the Mumbai office will succeed Ajay Vohra as joint Managing Partners confirmed Bomi Daruwala.

On his new role as the joint Managing Partner of the firm, Daruwala said,

“It is not a new thing for me. The way the firm has been functioning is that although Ajay Vohra was the Managing Partner, all three of us were involved in the management.”

Daruwala has been associated with the firm since 1988 while Vaish joined the firm a year earlier, in 1987.
