Wadia Ghandy Partner, GLC-grad Amit Manubarwala leaves to join ELP as Associate Partner

Amit Manubarwala, Partner at Wadia Ghandy has recently resigned to join Economic Laws Practice as an Associate Partner in the Corporate & Commercial practice.

ELP Partner Rohan Shah said, “We are delighted to have him. We think he will be a great addition to our corporate and commercial practice, which is really growing.”

Amit, who is a graduate of Government Law College, Mumbai began his career as a legal trainee with Crawford Bayley & Co. in 1999. He joined Wadia Ghandy in 2005 where he was made Partner in 2011. He also holds a Solicitor’s degree from Bombay Incorporated Law Society.

Amit has over 12 years of experience specializing in joint ventures, mergers & acquisitions, private equity investments, intellectual property laws and competition law.

Recently, ELP had hired SNG & Partners Banking and Finance Partner and Mumbai Branch Head S. Babu as Partner.
