Wadia Ghandy promotes 3 to partnership; Makes 21 Senior Associates across 4 offices

Wadia Ghandy has promoted Anand Shah, Manish Vora and Nihas Basheer to partnership taking the total number of partners to 30.

The firm has also promoted 21 of its lawyers to Senior Associate level across all offices, with eighteen in Mumbai, and one each in Chennai, Ahmedabad and Pune.

Speaking to Bar & Bench, Wadia Ghandy Managing Partner Ashish Ahuja said, “The signal is clear – the only way forward in difficult markets is to continuously grow and take positive steps forward.”

Both Anand Shah and Manish Vora are graduates of Government Law College, Mumbai and are qualified as solicitors of the Bombay Incorporated Law Society. Anand’s areas of practice include Competitional Law, Private Equity and Banking & Finance while Manish specializes in Real Estate. Manish joined the firm in 2007 prior to which he was working with Solomon & Co.

Nihas Basheer, a graduate of National University of Advanced Legal Studies, Kochi, specializes in Banking & Finance. He joined Wadia Ghandy in 2007.
