Call for Papers: Jindal Law Quarterly Journal (Submit by February 28, 2016)

The Jindal Law Quarterly is a Student-Edited Law Quarterly published by the Jindal Global Law School, Sonepath.

Submissions are invited on any relevant contemporary legal issue, illustratively touching upon issues including the following:

  • Constitutional Law (ex: NJAC debate),
  • Information Technology (ex: Net Neutrality),
  • Intellectual Property Rights (ex: Pharmaceutical Patents),
  • Competition Law (ex: Legislations and Bills Guidelines 2015),
  • Insurance Law (ex: Re-Insurance),
  • Taxation Law (ex: GST Bill),
  • Human Rights Law (ex: Acid Attacks)

Word Limits

  • Articles: 3,000 to 5,000 words excluding footnotes
  • Case Comments: 1,000 to 2,000 words excluding footnotes
  • Op-eds: 1,000 words

All submission must be made to by February 28, 2016, 11:59 PM IST.
