The CCADR, CNLU is going to organise a guest lecture on Mandating Mediation in the Administration of Justice on 23 December, 2022 by Mr. Sameer Shah, Director, Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (India).

About the Guest Lecture

The lecture is a vision of CCADR to provide a platform to students as well as young practitioners to learn from the experience of ADR, such as Arbitration, Mediation, and Negotiation experts.

Sameer Shah is an Arbitrator/Mediator who is currently the Director of the Indian branch of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (London). He pursued his LL.B. in the year 1994 from Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi, and subsequently started practising in Ahmedabad in the year 1994, upon being enrolled in the Bar Council.
