This course would give the audience an in-depth understanding of litigation procedures, rules and regulations that bind these forums. All of it, in the simplest vocabulary where heavy jargons would be broken into understandable units.
It will equip the professional aspirants with the necessary tools and knowledge concerning corporate litigations in matters and appeals arising out of Companies Act, 2013, Competition Act, 2002 and Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
The course would allow an opportunity to understand basic concepts, major types of corporate disputes, procedural requirements, jurisdictional complexities and administration of cases involved with these forums.

The Insolvency and Bankruptcy code is one of the most important economic reforms in India. The 2016 Code applies to companies and individuals. It provides for a time-bound process to resolve insolvency. To ensure an uninterrupted resolution process, the Code also provides immunity to debtors from resolution claims of creditors during this period.
The Code also consolidates provisions of the current legislative framework to form a common forum for debtors and creditors of all classes to resolve insolvency.
