The recruitment for the first batch of Chanakya National Law University (CNLU), Patna has concluded. The Registrar of CNLU told Bar & Bench, out of a batch of 80 students only 60 students sat for placements. Out of the 60 students; 41 students have been successfully placed.
Quislex was the highest recruiter by absorbing 14 students from CNLU. All India Reporter followed it by hiring 6 students. Pangea3, Diamond Power, Kalyanpur Cements and Hammurabi & Solomon hired 2 each.
Other prominent recruiters include Off shore Partners, OSC Export Services, Centre for Civil Society, Human Rights Law Network (HRLN). One student will be joining the office of Senior Advocate P.P. Rao and two students have opted for litigation in Patna High Court.
A total five students have opted to go for Masters: two will be joining the University Law College, London and 3 will be joining the recently founded South Asian University of SAARC nations.
