The fact is that this is also one of our mission statements as far as the firm is concerned”..Anjan Dasgupta (pictured) joins HSA as an equity partner in its Mumbai office. Prior to this Anjan was working in the London office of Herbert Smith, where he was a senior associate in their banking and finance practice. Before joining Herbert Smith, he has worked with Canadian firm Ogilvy Renault in Toronto and Trilegal, Mumbai..On joining HSA, Anjan Dasgupta said, “I believe this is the right opportunity to move back to India and with my international experience I can basically leverage that experience here in this market. Asia is the main focus these days and because India is home it made more sense to come to India. HSA gave me a great opportunity with equity partnership”..Anjan will focus on infrastructure, energy and project finance, public private partnerships and general banking and finance..Meenakshi Arora, a Supreme Court advocate-on-record also joins HSA Delhi office as a partner. She has over 26 years of litigation experience. With Meenakshi moving her team and practice, HSA will strengthen its litigation practice..With the appointment of Meenakshi Arora and Anjan Dasgupta, HSA has expanded its partnership to 10 partners across New Delhi and Mumbai.
