Advent International set to invest ~₹2,750 crore in Aditya Birla Housing Finance; CAM, AZB advise

Indriya Limited, one of the entities of Advent International, L.P., is set to invest ≈₹2,750 crore as growth capital in Aditya Birla Housing Finance Limited.

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas is advising Aditya Birla Capital Limited and its wholly owned subsidiary Aditya Birla Housing Finance on this transaction.

The transaction team led by Anchal Dhir (Partner) and Shubham Rastogi (Partner), with assistance from Varun Kannan (Senior Associate), Aman Deep Borthakur (Senior Associate), Associates Devanshi Soni and Judy Gantzer; advised on key considerations for structuring and finalising binding documentation for the Proposed Transaction.
