ALMT Legal, AZB act on KKR acquiring controlling stake in Meitra Hospital

Global investment Firm KKR has entered into a strategic partnership with Meitra Hospital by acquiring the controlling stake in Meitra from KEF Holdings.

ALMT Legal, Bangalore represented Meitra Hospital and its holding company, KEF Holdings on this transaction.
