Amarchand and Linklaters on Yes Bank QIP

Amarchand Mangaldas’ Mumbai-based Capital Markets Partner, Yash Asher and Senior Associate, Srishti Ojha have completed Yes Bank’s $ 225 million (Rs. 1,094 crore) QIP. Linklaters advised Yes Bank on the international aspect of the transaction. The Linklaters team was led by the Singapore-based Partner of the India Group, Arun Balasubramaniam.
