Antares Legal acts on Savills acquiring majority stake in Hotelivate

Global real estate advisory firm Savills has acquired a majority stake in Hotelivate Private Limited, the category leader in hospitality advisory across South Asia.

Antares Legal advised Hotelivate and its shareholders on this transaction.

The transaction team consisted of Siddharth Bhavnani (Partner), Surbhi Kothiala (Partner) and Yashraj Chauhan (Associate).

Operating under a unified brand, Hotelivate-Savills will combine Hotelivate's deep sector-specialist hospitality expertise with Savills’ full-service real estate platform across capital markets, valuations, transactions, project management and cross-border advisory in over 70 countries.
