Antares Legal advises SAMHI Hotels on collaboration with Ingka Group on Noida hotel

SAMHI Hotels Limited has signed an agreement, through its wholly owned subsidiary, SAMHI Skyline Private Limited, with INGKA Centres India Private Limited for leasing an upscale ~162-room hotel within Ingka Centres’ upcoming ~2.5 million sq. ft. mixed-use development in Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.

The project is envisioned as a marquee development, and the collaboration brings together SAMHI’s operating platform and Ingka Centres’ global development expertise, aligning with SAMHI’s strategy of partnering with institutional players.
