Areete Law Offices acts on Terps & Co fundraise

Terps & Co Limited, New Zealand has raised funds from multiple investors including HNIs.

Areete Law Offices acted as legal counsel to Terps for this fundraise.

The transaction was led by Amit Singhania (Partner) and Vinay Jain (Partner) along with Hitesh Jangra (Senior Fee Earner).

Valuation was undertaken by Rupali Singhania (Partner).

Terps & Co is a manufacturer of terpenes based non-alcoholic drinks. Currently, they have operations in New Zealand and in process of launching the products in India as well.

The fresh capital will be used to support expansion operations.
